At Techcraft Canada Ltd., we are very proud of the quality and integrity of our product. It is for this reason that we stand behind our product and offer a 1 year limited warranty on replacement parts.

Our warranty protects against all defects in our furniture parts for one year from the date of purchase. If a part proves defective, we will replace that part free of charge. Keep in mind, our warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, overloading or incorrect use of your unit.

In order for us to serve you better, faster and accurately, you must specify the part # or part letter required on the Replacement Part Form. This information can be found on your Assembly Instruction Sheet.

Please note: You will need your assembly instructions sheet in order to complete the online parts ordering form. If you do not have it, please contact customer service at to acquire it. You MUST give out the PO# (Product Origin#) or Lot Number in order to get the accurate version.
